Your accommodation is prepared before arrival. If a housekeeping visit is included during your stay, your host will confirm the day and approximate time.
Fresh towels and bed linen can be arranged for longer stays. Please contact your host if you need an additional change.
Need an extra refresh? Send a request at least 24 hours in advance. Your host will confirm availability and let you know beforehand if there is a charge.
If you prefer not to be disturbed, tell your host before the scheduled visit. Housekeeping will never enter outside an agreed time.
